This weekly program, which runs 1-2 times a week year round (Indoor Season October - March and Outdoor Season April - September) is especially great for those families who are looking for a more advanced curriculum and an opportunity to grow into our competitive programs.

All sessions are grouped by gender and age and are conducted by our professional technical staff. During the outdoor summer season, ADP players can be placed in a separate-more competitive house league division.

If you are interested and committed, we will invest in your child. Our technical staff (professional coaches) follows the latest coaching methodology that complies with both The Canadian Soccer Association and Sport Canada's Long Term Player Development principles.

YEAR / CATEGORY

Born 2017:    Technical Staff will be looking for 2017 players as early as August to October 2023 next year to begin Fall/Winter ADP programming. We will continue to look for players during the fall and winter seasons.   If you are interested, please contact us then.

Born 2016 (U7 ADP):    U7 players will enter our program - entry level starting immediately summer season.  We will continue to look for players during the fall and winter seasons.  Players at this level will participate in our House League matches and train once a week with our technical staff.  If you are interested, please contact us immediately.  

Born 2015 (U8 ADP):    U8 players will experience pre-competition year participating in the Summer at District biweekly Saturday morning Festivals (mini tournaments) against other Toronto Clubs  (Toronto Soccer Association) including 2 training days per week.  No House league involvement.  This group will be our future competitive soccer players. 

Born 2014 (U9 Competitive Program):    U9 players are now considered Competitive Players and will participate in first year of competition. in the TSA competitive league (Summer and Fall/Winter Commitment 2 training sessions + 1 league match).

Born 2013 (U10 and older):    Players are considered Competitive players who compete in a regular league.   (Summer and Fall/Winter Commitment 2 training sessions + 1 league match)
