Session Description

This 10-week program (one-hour sessions) runs in both the fall and winter seasons on Saturday afternoons at Lakeshore Collegiate in the dome (350 Kipling Avenue) parking off of Birmingham Street.  

This program is open to players of all abilities who are looking to learn more and improve their overall skill development.  The program is broken down into circuit training which includes ball skills, passing/receiving, and shooting ending with a small-sided game.  Sessions are run by our professional Technical Staff members. 

EYSC will follow all Covid Policies.
