2024 OUTDOOR HOUSE LEAGUE PROGRAM DETAILS
SEASON START AND LENGTH
12-week season beginning on June 3rd, 2024, and lasting until September 28th, 2024.
NOTE: ages 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 will end on August 24th, 2024.Our Summer House League program is for all recreational participants regardless of ability level. Enjoy a summer filled with fun!
While we understand the need to have children play together on the same team, it is very difficult to accommodate multiple requests. Please note a maximum of one request per child with a mutual request from the other family (buddy system) would be considered. Both families would have to send an email to eysc@bellnet.ca with both children’s full names, subject FRIEND REQUEST. Please ensure both children have already registered before sending in a friend request.
Note if there isn’t sufficient enrollment within the girls in their own Under 11, 12 and 13-year-olds age categories, EYSC will then combine these age groups in the same division.
PROPOSED SCHEDULE
Please note due to the ongoing construction at the Richview Reservoir; the mini-fields will be unavailable for league games. We have changed locations where we can accommodate adequate parking and close proximity to the Richview Reservoir.
HOW DO I REGISTER?
You can register for the 2024 Outdoor House League season by utilizing our online registration system.
If you do not have a login in with us yet, please follow the link above and click on the SIGNUP Tab. Create login credentials. The first profile provided is for you as the guardian. The system will ask you next how many players (meaning how many children), please use the pulldown to answer. Thereafter each profile is for each child’s information. Once completed, you can sign up for any of our programs.
WHAT IS THE REGISTRATION FEE?
A $35 deposit will be immediately charged to your card on file to secure your place. The remaining balance will be charged to your card on March 3rd, 2024 if you register prior to the Early Bird deadline. If you register after March 3rd, the full regular price fee will be charged at the time of registration.
DISCOUNTS
THIRD House League Program CHILD DISCOUNT: Families registering three or more children to participate in the 2024 season, will receive $75 off their price on the third, fourth, or fifth child registered. The discount will be taken from the lowest registration fee and will be applied to your online basket.
BRING A SPONSOR: If a family registering a child for House brings a sponsor to the club, the family will receive $75 credit once the sponsorship cheque has been received. Sponsorship form, click here.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Pay for registration using your credit card online (VISA and Mastercard accepted). We highly encourage this method of payment. As mentioned above, an initial charge of $35 dollars will be made with the remainder charged on March 3rd, 2024.
Refunds requested by the family will be subject to the Club’s refund policy. Refunds will only be considered for medical reasons with a doctor’s note.
If you are moving mid-season you can call the office for a prorated fee before registering.
WHAT IS INCLUDED?
As part of the House League Program, registrations will receive a uniform (jersey, shorts, pair of socks), ball, and medal.
WHAT ELSE DO I REQUIRE TO PURCHASE?
Players must purchase separate shin guards (to wear under socks) and their own shoes - cleated soccer shoes are recommended. You can find these items at any major sporting department store.

VOLUNTEERING
Volunteers are essential to any House League operation. If you would like to volunteer here is how you can:
Please indicate your desire to volunteer with a team when you register your child online. With each player registration, you will be prompted to volunteer.
Once you have indicated your interest in volunteering you will be contacted by club staff closer to the start of the season.
We abide by the volunteer screening policy of the EYSC, and Ontario Soccer.
Throughout the Winter and Spring, we will be offering different coaching courses, which you will be invited and encouraged to attend.
